Don't worry about reading the fourth Flemming book as I won't forget it any time soon. It'll be a slower one as it's quite a detailed (and a
little boring) storyline this time. It just isn't grabbing me like the other ones. I'll still read it though. Read whatever you feel like! I'll
probably start a second book too (like Ariana Franklin's latest).
I'm terrible for calling my parents but they are equally terrible for calling me! My husband's parents call us all the time and get so annoyed that we don't reciprocate. We've put in a conscious effort lately to call them once a week so they can talk to Seb. They seem pleased with this! My own parents aren't worriers though (well, my mom is but she keeps it to herself).
We put Seb in a toddler bed about 4 months ago now and I was very worried about his falling down the stairs in the middle of the night. I didn't need to worry, however, as he won't get out of bed! Seriously. He will lie in his bed until one of us go and get him. I always leave books near the bed so he can "read" while he waits for us to come get him. When he gets impatient he calls us! He even stays there after his afternoon nap. It's cute but also concerning. lol. He's only fallen out of his bed once but I have a very soft rug (a fluffy one) for just that purpose so he didn't hurt himself and went straight back to sleep after I picked him up and put him back in bed. I don't even think he woke up really although he was crying! He loves his todder bed. We had to do it because Emerson was on the way and we didn't want the crib to be an issue (NO! MY crib! etc...).
Our big challenge right now is potty training. My girlfriend's son is potty trained and he's 4 months younger than Seb. Seb is just NOT interested in the toilet whatsoever. We're really struggling with it. We've decided to take a break and try again in another couple of months (as the book suggests). Summer is a good time to learn though....

She gabs
so fast on the phone, though, I can barely make out what she's saying half the time. I understand her perfectly when she's here "in person",
but on the phone, it's another story! She seems to have a lot to say most of the time, that's for sure!
